# Third-party notices This file describes third-party material that is included, referenced, or identified by LatiNova Client 1.1.6. It does not replace the license text in `LICENSE` or the detailed notices shipped with the bundled DLL source. ## LatiNova release DLL and corresponding source The bundled LatiNova release client is an AGPL-3.0 combined work derived from Latite Client 2.8.1 and includes documented adaptations or authorized source handoffs involving Latite Client, Abyss Client, BetterRenderDragon, and Flarial dll-oss. The complete, version-specific notices, source URLs, fixed revisions, copyright statements, license copies, and descriptions of the adapted parts are preserved inside: `Resources/Client/LatiNova-1.26.42-source-audited.zip` Relevant paths at the root of that archive include: - `LICENSE` - `NOTICE.md` - `THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md` - `ライセンス/LICENSE` - `ライセンス/NOTICE.md` - `ライセンス/THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md` - `ライセンス/third_party/licenses/` - `third_party/sources/README.md` The launcher preserves that archive as the corresponding source for the exact embedded release line. The Credits page can export it without requiring network access. ## LeviLauncher LeviLauncher was reviewed only as a public behavioral reference while planning the independently implemented Version Manager. No LeviLauncher source code, closed-source binary, version database, branding, artwork, or other distributable content is included in this release. Project reference: https://github.com/LiteLDev/LeviLauncher ## Flarial Launcher Flarial Launcher's public repositories were reviewed as an architectural reference for handing an MSIXVC package to the public Windows PackageManager API. No Flarial Launcher GPL source code or binary is included in LatiNova. LatiNova's downloader, package library, deployment service, validation, UI, and error handling are independently authored. Project references: - https://github.com/flarialmc/Flarial.Launcher - https://github.com/flarialmc/Flarial.Launcher.Installer ## game-launch-helper (Pyroclastic) LatiNova Client 1.1.6 reproducibly builds, embeds, and installs `gamelaunchhelper.dll` when launching a registered Store-signed Minecraft version. Its complete preferred source and build instructions are preserved under `ThirdParty/game-launch-helper` in the source archive. The helper starts Minecraft within the same package identity while omitting the Microsoft PC Bootstrapper update flow. It does not decrypt MSIXVC content or replace the Minecraft executable. The helper remains subject to this MIT license. Source reference: https://github.com/flarialmc/game-launch-helper Upstream project: https://github.com/Aetopia/Pyroclastic MIT License Copyright (c) 2025 Aetopia Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of this software and associated documentation files (the "Software"), to deal in the Software without restriction, including without limitation the rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software, and to permit persons to whom the Software is furnished to do so, subject to the following conditions: The above copyright notice and this permission notice shall be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE. ## Minecraft Windows GDK release metadata The Version Manager queries the separate public LiteLDev Minecraft Windows GDK version database at runtime to display release version identifiers and validate the declared MD5 and Microsoft Xbox Live CDN locations. The database is not embedded in this distribution. LatiNova applies its own schema, size, version, extension, and hostname validation before using a response. Database reference: https://github.com/LiteLDev/minecraft-windows-gdk-version-db ## Discord The launcher independently communicates with the locally running Discord desktop client through its IPC protocol. No Discord SDK binary is redistributed. The Discord name and identifying mark are used only to label the optional connection feature. ## Microsoft platform components The launcher calls APIs supplied by Microsoft Windows and .NET Framework 4.8. Those operating-system components are not redistributed as third-party libraries in the launcher source archive. Downloaded Minecraft packages remain Microsoft/Mojang content subject to their own terms. LatiNova does not redistribute, decrypt, or extract those packages. The launcher uses the public Windows PackageManager API, the MIT helper identified above, and opens the official Microsoft Store product page when Minecraft is not installed; no Microsoft GDK command-line tool, Store credential, license token, or private Windows API is bundled. ## No endorsement No third party named in this file has endorsed, approved, sponsored, or certified LatiNova Client.
